Hanwha Ocean Secures KRW738.3 Billion Order to Build Two LNGCs from Oceania-based Shipper; Shares Decline 3%

Hanwha Ocean (KRX:042660) secured an order for two liquefied natural gas carriers (LNGCs) from an Oceania-based shipping firm, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The deal is valued at 738.3 billion won, and the shipbuilder will deliver the vessels by June 29, 2029.

Shares of the company fell 3% in Wednesday morning trade.
