消息面上，1月15日，透云生物股东将股票存入明玑证券，存仓市值3658.41万港元，占比5.85%。此外，1月20日，透云生物发生转仓异动，股东将股票由梧桐证券转入凯基证券亚洲，转仓市值3535.25万港元，占比5.04%。
公开资料显示，透云生物主要业务为提供产品包装上的二维码及解决方案；生产及销售包装产品；证券投资及买卖以及放贷；及生产及销售莱茵衣藻、微藻及相关产品。2025年中期业绩显示，该公司取得销售所提供货品及服务的收入3658.1万港元，同比减少20.82%；公司拥有人应占溢利1124.3万港元，同比扭亏为盈。
