智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，1月21日，数盟资本(08375)股东将股票存入雅利多证券，存仓市值1.26亿港元，占比20%。
数盟资本公告，配售协议所载的所有先决条件均已达成，配售事项已于2026年1月21日(于联交所交易时段后)根据配售协议的条款及条件完成。配售代理已成功按每股配售股份0.99港元的配售价，向不少于6名承配人配售5760万股配售股份，占公司紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行配售股份所扩大的已发行股本约16.67%。
配售事项所得款项净额约为5540万港元。所得款项净额由该公告所披露的约5578万港元减少至约5540万港元，主要由于与配售事项相关的监管合规要求所产生的专业费用增加所致。
