智通财经APP讯，乐氏国际控股(01529)发布公告，于2026年1月23日，本公司一间间接全资附属公司江西乐老号中医药产业科技发展有限公司(业主)与抚州市创弘建筑工程有限责任公司(承包商)订立建筑合约(建筑协议)，承包商同意就将于中国江西省抚州市东乡区创业大道以南、安石明珠以西(该土地)兴建的江西乐老号中医药物流产业园项目(该项目)提供建筑服务。
该项目涉及于该土地上兴建中医药物流产业园，以提升中医药产品的仓储服务质素。如本公司日期为2024年10月22日的公告所述，该中医药物流产业园亦将服务本集团其他业务板块，包括中医药仓储、配送、医疗保健及养生，借此开拓更广阔市场。董事会相信，透过多元化本集团业务，此项策略性举措将支持长远发展，并提升股东的盈利能力及回报。
