智通财经APP讯，友芝友生物-B(02496)公布，于2026年1月23日，武汉依瑞德与该公司订立转让协议，该公司拟向武汉依瑞德转让土地使用权及建筑物，代价约为人民币3688万元。
据悉，土地及建筑物位于中国湖北省武汉市东湖新技术开发区高新三路以北、神墩三路以南，截至转让协议签署之日，土地的地盘面积约为25,533.4平方米，而建筑物的总楼面面积约为11,333.22平方米，为工业用途，土地使用权年期为50年，于2062年5月24日届满。
公告称，集团持续评估其资产组合，以优化效率及营运重心。为配合战略转型，集团拟出售未使用的土地使用权及建筑物，借此优化资源配置、降低管理成本，并避免长期不使用资产可能衍生的政策风险及资产贬值风险。转让事项使集团得以释放非核心资产价值，提供财务弹性与流动性，以支持其不断演进的战略及营运需求。
