据知情人士透露，美国商务部一名官员已被特朗普政府解职，该官员所领导的部门此前以国家安全为由，实际上禁止了几乎所有中国汽车进入美国市场。

　　知情人士表示，伊丽莎白・“莉兹”・坎农已辞去信息通信技术与服务办公室（ICTS）执行董事一职。该办公室成立于 2022 年，职责是调查外国竞争对手对供应链构成的威胁。

　　就在坎农即将离职的消息传出前不久，美国商务部刚刚放弃了一项针对中国无人机的限制计划。尽管美方此前担忧，美国的敌对势力可能会远程接入并操控这类设备，进而泄露美国的敏感数据，但最终仍搁置了相关限制。

　　信息通信技术与服务办公室隶属于商务部工业和安全局（BIS）。除搁置无人机限制外，该办公室也迟迟未出台相关法规，以解决各界对中型及重型卡车出口的担忧。而在一年前，乔・拜登执政时期，该办公室曾敲定一项规定，实质性禁止了中国乘用车进入美国市场。

　　工业和安全局的一名发言人于周五发表声明称：“工业和安全局致力于运用信息通信技术与服务办公室的权限，应对外国技术带来的国家安全风险。近期信息通信技术与服务办公室的人事变动，将进一步强化该部门的职能，确保其持续为美国民众服务。”

　　知情人士还表示，即便坎农不主动辞职，她也会被调离现职。特朗普政府计划任命一名政治任命官员接替该职位。两名知情人士透露，坎农的最后在岗日期预计为 2 月 20 日。
