Helix Acquisition (HLXC) shares rose in their Nasdaq debut Friday following the company's expanded initial public offering of 15 million shares at $10 each.
The stock was trading at $10.19, up 1.9% from the IPO price, after opening at $10.24.
Underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to about 2.25 million additional shares, the company said.
