智通财经APP讯，永泰地产(00369)发布公告，于2026年1月23日，卖方(公司的间接全资附属公司Nation Smart Limited)订立合约，据此，卖方已有条件同意出售及买方Berkeley Square (UK) Holdings Ltd已有条件同意按代价购买该物业。代价金额为2625万英镑。出售事项所得款项净额约为2.55亿港元，拟用作集团一般营运资金。该物业指35 Berkeley Square, London的租赁物业。
集团不断监察市场环境，并不时检讨其物业投资组合，为股东带来物业投资业务的最大回报。董事认为，出售事项可为公司带来以合理价格变现其投资的良机。
