证券日报网讯 1月23日，中国通号发布公告称，2026年1月23日，公司第四届董事会第33次会议审议通过了《关于对外担保计划的议案》，为确保公司生产经营工作持续、稳健开展，同意公司于2026年4月至2027年3月期间对外提供担保计划总额343，629.94万元，均为对公司分公司、全资子公司及非全资控股子公司的担保。被担保企业共计31家，其中1家为非全资控股子公司，被担保企业中无公司关联方，非全资控股子公司其他股东将按所享有的权益提供同等比例担保，不涉及反担保事项。
