智通财经APP讯，九江银行(06190)公布，就公司建议以特别授权非公开发行内资股及H股，该行已于今日收到九江市财政局及兴业银行于2026年1月 23日分别出具的意向函。根据该等意向函，在本次发行及主要股东认购事项获得所有必要的监管机构批准以及于临时股东会及类别股东会议上获股东批准的前提条件下，九江市财政局有意认购的总金额不超过人民币5亿元的内资股，且占本次发行实际募集资金总额的比例不超过九江市财政局于意向函日期直接持有该行的股权比例，即约12.85%;兴业银行有意认购的总金额占本次发行实际募集资金总额的比例不超过兴业银行于意向函日期持有本行的股权比例，即约10.34%。
本次发行主要目的是为了有效补充该行核心一级资本，切实增强抵御风险能力，优化股权结构。主要股东认购方拟认购内资股，表明其对该行未来的良好预期及对该行长期发展的支持，有利于该行优化资本结构，增强主营业务的核心竞争力，为股东创造更大价值。
