智通财经APP讯，优矩控股(01948)发布公告，于2026年初公司与一名主要客户重新谈判合同期间，有关集团提供一站式线上行销解决方案服务的业务安排发生了变动，即集团不再提供一站式服务(包括流量采购)，仅向主要客户收取广告运营服务费。该主要客户分别占集团截至2024年12月31日止年度及截至2025年6月30日止6个月总收入的约50%及44%。
董事会认为，集团截至2026年12月31日止年度的经营及财务表现将取决于多个其他因素，包括但不限于与主要客户的任何后续发展、集团与主要客户之间的持续沟通、透过多元化业务策略从集团其他客户及新业务分部获得的任何增长，及更广泛的行业格局。此外，集团将实施适当的节省成本措施，以简化其成本结构。董事会相信，与主要客户的业务安排变动可能会对集团截至2026年12月31日止年度的财务业绩产生负面影响，但不会对集团其他经营产生重大影响。
