智通财经APP讯，OKURA HOLDINGS(01655)发布公告，于2026年1月23日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司已有条件同意委任配售代理担任配售代理，以促使不少于六名承配人按配售价每股配售股份0.143港元认购最多8498.04万股配售股份。配售股份将根据一般授权获配发及发行。
假设公司的已发行股本于本公告日期至完成日期内并无变动，则8498.04万股配售股份的上限相当于公司于本公告日期的现有已发行股本13.38%及于完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本总额约11.80%。
配售价每股配售股份0.143港元较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报的收市价每股0.170港元折让约15.88%。
假设所有配售股份获成功配售，配售事项的所得款项总额预期将为1215万港元，而所得款项净额总额(经扣除应付配售代理的配售佣金及配售事项所产生的其他成本及开支后)预期将约为1038万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额约50%及30%分别用作购买日式弹珠机及日式角子机;及翻新或提升集团现有日式弹珠机游戏馆以及市场推广开支，而余下约20%则用作集团其他一般营运资金。
