Atlantic International (ATLN) said Friday it acquired IT talent firm Circle8 Group, aiming to create a platform for workforce requirements across multiple continents and industry verticals.
Financial terms were not disclosed, although Atlantic said the acquisition was completed as an all-stock transaction.
Circle8 will operate as a subsidiary of Atlantic, with founder Guus Franke joining the company's board as executive chairman while retaining his role as Circle8 CEO, Atlantic said.
