据报道，马斯克的火箭与卫星公司SpaceX已选定四家银行担任首次公开募股的牵头行。
报道援引知情人士消息称，SpaceX计划让美国银行、高盛集团、摩根大通和摩根士丹利担任高级承销角色。
据熟悉筹备工作的知情人士透露，SpaceX计划最早今年进行IPO，融资额将远超300亿美元，该交易对公司的估值约为1.5万亿美元。
据报道，该公司目前正推进一项内部股票出售，该交易对公司估值约为8000亿美元。
SpaceX在12月告知员工，公司正进入“静默期”，要求员工避免讨论IPO事宜。这是拟上市公司在预期首次亮相前几个月必须遵守的监管要求。
