该公司此前公布，主要股东鼎佩投资计划向买方转让公司13亿股或21.34%的股份，后者因而成为新的主要股东，而公司主席连同鼎佩投资的持股比例将降至4.45%。
据新闻稿，买方为B-ON Global S.àr.l.（必澎集团），一家欧洲新能源商用车运营管理解决方案供应商，此前收购了德国DHLDHLn.DE旗下拥有电气化转型经验的核心团队及其相关知识产权，并成为DHL智能化新能源车队网联系统的独家供应商。（完）
