金吾财讯 | 中金公司发研报指，“十五五”是我国碳达峰攻坚关键期，但近年来全国碳排放增速不降反升，能源结构清洁化和产业结构去重化两大转型面临挑战。随着碳达峰与“反内卷”都已成为重要政策目标，“反内卷”对绿色转型的潜在影响尚未被市场充分探讨，我们认为未来“反内卷”与绿色转型有望协同。本轮“反内卷”对绿色转型的作用更加长期和深远，其核心不仅在于短期纠偏与市场出清，更着眼于通过市场化与法治化手段重塑行业长期的竞争生态与可持续发展能力，特别是促进清洁能源产业的技术创新，有助于在长期降低清洁能源成本。这与上一轮供给侧改革时主要聚焦化石能源与高耗能等传统产业、更多依赖行政手段快速见效、短期提高化石能源成本相比存在较大差异。
