南方财经1月22日电，港股上市公司财讯传媒集团有限公司（00205.HK ）今日正式更名为“BFB Health Limited”，中文股票简称由“财讯传媒”更改为“BFB HEALTH”，港股代码00205.HK维持不变。更名后的BFB HEALTH将成为“中国远程医疗健康管理第一股”。截至当日收盘，其股价为0.99港元，总市值超12亿港元。据了解，BFB HEALTH在二级市场的融资，50%将主要用于大健康产业的AI化升级以及新药研发，50%将用于产品迭代、品牌建设以及智能化生产线升级。（21世纪经济报道）
