智通财经APP讯，弘业期货(03678)发布公告，黄德春先生已担任本公司独立非执行董事六年，根据中国相关监管规定，彼已提呈辞任本公司独立非执行董事、董事会薪酬委员会主席以及董事会审计委员会、提名委员会及战略与ESG委员会成员的职务。黄先生的辞任将于本公司临时股东会选出新独立非执行董事时生效。辞任生效前，黄先生将继续根据相关法律法规及本公司章程履行其作为本公司独立非执行董事及董事会相关委员会主席或成员的职责。
董事会欣然宣布，王宇伟先生已获董事会提名委员会提名为本公司第五届董事会独立非执行董事候选人，惟须经临时股东会审议及批准。
