Digilife Technologies (SGX:BAI) completed the disposal of its entire stake in Bharat IT Services after its subsidiary, Peremex, received the tranche 2 consideration of SG$1.1 million from Prominent International.
Shares of the company were up nearly 6% in Thursday trading.
Following the disposal, the company has no stake in Bharat IT Services.
