BlockBeats 消息，1 月 22 日，哥伦比亚商学院教授 Omid Malekan 公开质疑纽约证券交易所（NYSE）最新提出的区块链代币化方案，直言该计划读起来更像“vaporware（空气项目）”，关键实施细节几乎空白。
Malekan 指出，纽交所并未说明该平台将基于哪条区块链、采用许可链还是无许可链架构、是否支持混合模式，以及代币经济和费用机制如何设计。他认为，在缺乏这些核心信息的情况下，相关愿景更偏向概念宣传。
纽交所及其母公司洲际交易所（ICE）此前表示，该区块链平台旨在实现 股票与 ETF 的 24/7 交易、即时结算，并提供多链支持和托管功能。但 Malekan 强调，纽交所的商业模式本质上是高度中心化、寡头化的市场结构，单靠加密技术难以改变这一现实，除非其主动放弃既有合作体系。
尽管学界持怀疑态度，部分加密行业人士则认为该计划具有积极意义。Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo 称“原生代币化股票的链上交易是重大利好”，Aptos Labs 研究负责人 Alexander Spiegelman 也表示传统市场引入区块链技术“正当其时”。
