金吾财讯 | 建材水泥股普涨，截至发稿，金隅集团(02009)涨3.75%，中国建材(03323)涨3.61%，海螺水泥(00914)涨3.13%，华润建材科技(01313)涨2.48%，华新建材(06655)涨2.40%。中金公司发研报指，水泥：冬季水泥出货下滑，燃料价格下降支撑盈利。我们测算，12 月广义基建投资同比-16.3%（vs 11 月-12.3%，同比持续下跌），水泥需求维持弱势，2025 年12 月单月水泥产量同比-6.6%至1.44亿吨，全国水泥出货率平均41%。水泥价格表现较为坚挺，根据数字水泥网，12 月全国水泥含税均价354 元/吨，环比+5 元，同时受益于煤炭价格下行，行业盈利有所回升，我们测算12 月水泥企业吨毛利63 元/吨，环比+11 元。2026 年行业补产能工作持续推进，我们认为后续产能置换政策有望带动供给持续出清。
