新浪科技讯 1月22日上午消息，在“Baichuan-M3 Plus模型发布媒体沟通会”上，百川智能继开源了新一代医疗大模型Baichuan-M3，时隔9天再次发布Baichuan-M3 Plus模型（简称：M3 Plus），宣布在Halluciation Rate评测中，M3 Plus幻觉率进一步降至2.6，实现API调用降价70%。

　　在与新浪科技等媒体沟通中，百川智能创始人兼CEO王小川谈及AI大模型对于医疗行业的影响时表示：“前几天被媒体问到怎么看张文宏对限制医生使用AI的论述，这几天我回看了视频，虽然未必能完整理解他的本意，但就公开的表达，我做了深入思考。”

　　王小川直言：“我想医生都认可患者利益优先的原则，AI发展非常迅猛，一些场景下AI+医生已明显优于单一医生，符合医学科学规律，因为担心阻碍‘医生成长’而限制使用AI，可能就限制了最有利于病人的医疗措施，如果AI能实质性帮助到当下患者，就不应该拒绝使用，换句话说，医生的成长，不能以当前患者为成本。”

　　在王小川看来，不是AI本身，而是AI的用法需要探索，如何用好AI是一个课题。如果担心医生能力退化，是不是我们可以换一个用法：年轻医生上岗的时候，不是要求医生给AI纠错，而是让AI对医生的临床思维进行提醒，对诊疗结果进行校验，更能降低漏诊、误诊、风险。这样患者受益，医生也成长了。
