美国财政部1月15日公布2025年11月国际资本流动报告(TIC)显示，主要海外投资者当月持有的美国国债规模增加1128亿美元，至9.36万亿美元，创造历史。这一规模在2025年8月达到9.26万亿美元后，一度连续两月下降。前三大“债主”日本、英国和中国大陆均维持近期操作方向不变，前两者持仓分别继续增加26亿美元、106亿美元，中国大陆持仓减少61亿美元至6826亿美元，连续三个月下降。
中国大陆在2025年9月、10月、11月分别净卖出美债5亿美元、118亿美元、61亿美元，持有规模继续稳步减少。相较2013年逾1.3万亿美元的峰值，当前6826亿美元的规模已接近腰斩。
