智通财经APP讯，启明医疗-B(02500)发布公告，于2025年6月9日，美国联邦巡回上诉法院作出判决，确认由Cardiovalve Ltd.拥有的美国专利第10,702,385号(心脏瓣膜植入物)(美国第385号专利)中若干权利要求具专利有效性，而Edwards Lifesciences Corp.及Edwards Lifesciences LLC(统称“Edwards”)曾于2021年六月在专利双方复审程序中对该专利提出质疑。于2026年1月14日，Cardiovalve Ltd.与MTH IP, L.P.就美国第385号专利于美国特拉华州地区法院对Edwards提起专利侵权诉讼，指控Edwards的核心产品PASCAL Precision经导管瓣膜修复系统侵犯Cardiovalve Ltd.所持有的美国第385号专利。
