Yuk Wing to Lease Hong Kong Office Premises for Nearly HK$12 Million; Shares Fall 9%

Yuk Wing (HKG:1536) said it has entered into tenancy agreements to lease office premises in Central, Hong Kong, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.
Shares of the rock drilling tools manufacturer and trader were down more than 9% in Thursday's late morning trade.
The tenancy term is one year from Jan. 21, 2026, to Jan. 20, 2027.
Total consideration payable over the lease term amounts to HK$11.8 million and will be funded by the group's internal resources, the filing said.
Yuk Wing said it intends to use the premises as its Hong Kong headquarters and showroom to support operational needs and future business expansion.
