下列人士已获提名委任为第九届董事会董事，惟须待股东于股东特别大会上批准后，方可作实：委任康睿女士为第九届董事会非执行董事;及委任金腾川教授为第九届董事会独立非执行董事。
股东特别大会结束时生效后，第九届董事会辖下审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会的成员如下：审核委员会主席：范晓亮先生，成员：沈剑刚教授及金腾川教授;提名委员会主席：金腾川教授，成员：范晓亮先生及沈剑刚教授;薪酬委员会主席：沈剑刚教授，成员：范晓亮先生及金腾川教授。
