　　俊裕地基（01757）发布公告，本公司注意到，证券及期货事务监察委员会（证监会）于2026年1月22日刊发一份公告（证监会公告）。诚如证监会公告所披露，证监会最近完成对本公司股权分布进行的查讯。证监会的查讯结果显示，于2026年1月12日，25名股东（25名股东）合共持有1.83亿股本公司股份，相当于已发行股份的15.26%。有关股权，连同中国创投控股有限公司持有的9.04亿股股份（占已发行股份的75.37%），占已发行股份的90.63%。因此，仅1.12亿股股份（占已发行股份的9.37%）由其他股东持有。

　　诚如证监会公告所述：（i）股份收市价从20255年10月15日的0.425港元上升1281.2%至2026年1月12日的5.87港元。（ii）于2026年1月21日，股份价格收报5.99港元，较2025年10月15日的收市价0.425港元上升1309.4%。

　　董事局谨此澄清，上述资料乃摘录自证监会公告，且除上文（i）及（ii）段所载资料外，本公司并无独立核实有关资料。

　　根据可得资料及就董事经作出一切合理查询后所深知，本公司确认，于2026年1月16日及本公告日期，不少于25%的本公司已发行股份乃由公众人士持有，故本公司能够符合联交所证券上市规则项下的公众持股量规定。
