Alliance International Education Leasing (HKG:1563) said it entered a sale and leaseback arrangement with Longkou Zhenghe Commerce and Trade, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Under the agreement, the firm will buy certain refrigeration equipment for 27 million yuan from Longkou Zhenghe Commerce and lease them back to the company for a period of three years for 29.3 million yuan.
