智通财经APP讯，尝高美集团(08371)发布公告，于2026年1月22日本集团通过一间全资附属公司同业主丰树产业私人有限公司签订了新租赁协议开设四间新餐厅。暂定的四家新餐厅(需经业主最终批准)分别为：(1) 牛气;(2) 金龙;(3) 麻吉灶咖;以及 (4) Social Korean。 这四家新餐厅将是集团旗下的： 第13间牛气;第3间金龙;第4间麻吉灶咖;以及首间Social Korean。
Social Korean 将是休闲韩式融合餐厅。新餐厅预计于2026年第三季度开始营业。
业主是一家全球领先的房地产开发商和高端购物中心营运商。业主目前管理遍布新加坡、美国、法国、德国和日本等13个市场的938处物业。另一城毗邻九龙塘地铁站，是地铁和巴士线路的重要换乘枢纽，拥有超过200间商店和餐厅，以及22.9万平方英尺的办公空间。
又一城是香港的高档购物中心之一，董事会认为，在另一城等客流量大的购物中心开设新餐厅符合集团的经营策略，也符合公司及全体股东的最佳利益。
