智通财经APP讯，凯知乐国际(02122)发布公告，于2026年1月23日，本公司收到Asian Glory Holdings Limited(Asian Glory )发出的转换通知，内容有关转换其所持有的本公司2.5亿股可转换优先股(转换)。Asian Glory 为本公司现有控股股东，并由李澄曜先生(本公司董事会主席、行政总裁兼执行董事)(李先生)全资拥有。由于转换，本公司将向Asian Glory 配发及发行合共2.5亿股本公司新普通股(换股股份)。
换股股份于配发日期将在各方面与所有现有本公司普通股(股份)及彼此间享有同等地位，及占经配发及发行换股股份扩大后的已发行股份约18.44%。
