Becton, Dickinson Launches AI Research Tool for Immunology, Cancer Studies

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BDX) said Friday it released an updated cloud platform featuring an artificial intelligence tool to automate experimental panel design for cancer research.

The system uses a specific algorithm to provide design suggestions for researchers to help ensure study results are reliable, the company said.

The software also assists with team cooperation and tracks laboratory duties like buying supplies or checking equipment health, BD said.
