【大河财立方消息】1月23日消息，河南金融监管局批复，核准洛阳国晟投资控股集团有限公司股东资格，同意洛阳国晟受让洛阳市财政局持有中原银行的13.62亿股股份。

　　受让后，洛阳市财政局不再持有中原银行股份，洛阳国晟投资控股集团持有中原银行13.62亿股股份，持股比例为3.73％。

　　2025年中原银行中期报告显示，洛阳市财政局为中原银行第二大股东，持股3.73％。这意味着，洛阳国晟集团将接替洛阳市财政局，成为中原银行第二大股东。

　　批复要求，中原银行应加强股权管理，进一步优化股权结构，严格控制股东关联交易，完善公司治理与内部控制机制，防范和化解风险。
