AVG Logistics (NSE:AVG, BOM:543910) has appointed Rajesh Rohilla as the chief financial officer of the company with effect from Friday, according to a filing to the Indian stock exchanges the same day.
Rohilla is a chartered accountant with nearly two decades of leadership experience.
The company's shares were down 11% in recent trade.
