智通财经APP讯，中国宏光(08646)发布公告，公司于2026年1月21日与认购人订立了股份认购协议。订立股份认购协议将允许公司进一步改善其资本架构及加强集团的财务状况。公司将按认购价向认购人配发及发行合共7400万股认购股份。认购股份相当于公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的已发行股本约9.45%。认购股份总面值为74万港元。每股认购股份0.15港元的认购价格为较股份认购协议日期在联交所所报的每股股份收市价0.178港元折让约15.73%。股份认购事项所得款项总额合计将约为1110万港元。股份认购事项所得款项净额总额将约为1096.4万港元。公司拟将股份认购事项所得款项净额用于集团的一般营运资金。
