智通财经APP讯，圣唐控股(08305)发布公告，董事会获公司执行董事兼董事会主席向从心先生告知，于2026年1月21日，向先生已与徐长城先生订立一份买卖协议，向先生同意出售而徐先生同意购买Advanced Pacific Enterprises Limited的全部已发行股份。Advanced Pacific为公司的股东，目前持有公司1.01亿股股份，相当于于本公告日期公司已发行股本总额的约6.20%，作价为港币1700万元。
向先生进一步报告，据其所知，徐先生目前于完成出售事项前持有3.02亿股股份，并为公司的一名主要股东。于完成出售事项后，徐先生将持有公司已发行股本总额的约24.80%，其中6.20%透过Advanced Pacific持有，而18.60%则由其本人直接持有。
