** Shares of Supply Network SNL.AX rise as much as 6.9% to A$37.620, hitting their highest level since Oct. 24
** Stock logs its biggest intraday pct gain since April 10
** The auto parts firm says half-year consolidated sales revenue was A$200 million ($136.86 million), higher than last year's A$171 million
** Co declares interim dividend of 36 Australian cents per share
** Stock gains over 13% YTD, up 7.4% so far this week
