智通财经APP讯，协同通信(01613)发布公告，于记录日期，已发行股份总数为4.49亿股，而根据供股将予发行的供股股份最高数目为8.97亿股。董事会宣布，于记录日期，并无不合资格股东，因此，并无涉及不合资格股东的未售出供股股份;及于2026年1月15日下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，公司已接获合共6份暂定配额通知书项下暂定配额的有效申请及接纳，涉及根据供股发售的供股股份合共8712.31万股，相当于根据供股发售的供股股份总数约9.71%。因此，供股认购不足，有8.1亿股供股股份未获认购，相当于根据供股可供认购的供股股份总数约90.29%，将作出补偿安排。
配售代理将按尽力基准，于不迟于2026年2月6日下午四时正，促使承配人认购所有(或尽可能多)该等未获认购供股股份。任何补偿安排项下未获配售的未获认购供股股份将不会由公司发行，而供股规模亦将相应削减。
