　　派拉蒙（Paramount）将其对华纳兄弟探索（Warner Bros． Discovery）的要约收购截止日期延长至2月20日，并于周四敦促股东拒绝竞争对手Netflix的最新报价。

　　该延期使派拉蒙有更多时间就其针对整个公司的779亿美元报价来争取华纳股东。华纳本周早些时候表示，已与Netflix就其制片厂和HBO Max流媒体服务达成了一项新的全现金交易，估值为720亿美元。

　　派拉蒙的报价原定于周三到期，这本身是较1月8日截止日期的一次延期。该公司周四表示，截至目前约有1.685亿股华纳股票已有效投标，这不到华纳全部发行在外股票的10%。

　　派拉蒙表示，新的华纳-Netflix交易使股东的实际潜在回报面临更大的不确定性，因为华纳有线电视网络相关的债务数额存在疑问。

　　华纳曾表示，Netflix的报价更优，部分原因是其股东将保留该公司中Netflix不收购部分的股份，从而使他们能够获得潜在的增长空间。
