智通财经APP讯，优必选(09880)发布公告，于2026年1月22日，公司与柳州产控基金及柳州产业引导基金订立合伙协议，据此，订约方同意成立合伙企业，以依托柳州市现有产业基础，在智能机器人产业链领域开展投资。根据合伙协议的条款，合伙企业全体合伙人的出资总额为人民币6.6亿元，其中柳州产控基金出资人民币500万元，柳州产业引导基金出资人民币3.55亿元及公司出资人民币3亿元。柳州产控基金担任合伙企业的普通合伙人及基金管理人。
合伙企业的目的是以智能机器人产业链为核心，依托柳州市现有产业基础，投资于上下游产业、核心零部件及智能基础设施，旨在打造人工智能与机器人产业新高地。合伙企业由全体合伙人共同成立，旨在通过投资组合为其合伙人创造合理的经济回报。
本次合伙企业设立旨在借助专业基金团队的管理能力，整合多方资源，发掘具有高成长潜力的优质项目。公司通过与专业投资机构、政府创投平台合作，以投资产业基金的方式搭建投资基金平台，以具身智能人形机器人产业链为核心，对产业上下游、核心零部件、具身智能基础设施布局方向开展投资，有利于公司紧跟产业发展趋势，拓展业务机会。
