智通财经APP讯，微创医疗(00853)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度(本期间)将实现扭亏为盈，并取得净利润不低于2000万美元(截至2024年12月31日止年度：经审计净亏损约2.68亿美元)。
预期扭亏为盈主要归因于本期间内：收入的持续增长，尤其出海业务收入继续贡献同比约70%的高速增长;尽管中国境内行业政策给产品价格带来下行压力，受益于成本优化举措的落实，毛利率仍同比提升2~3个百分点;于运营方面持续深化精益管理，提升经营效率，令本集团经营费用同比下降约10~11%;及附属公司处置为本集团贡献正向收益。
