新浪科技讯 1月22日晚间消息，在美图2026年会现场，美图董事长吴欣鸿宣布向全体员工授予每人1357股的公司股票奖励。据了解，美图股票代码为HK1357，按当日收盘价计算，每名员工可获得超1万元的奖励。按美图2025年8月财报披露的员工数量计算，此次发放的股票总价值超过2000万元。

　　据透露，这是美图自2016年上市以来第三次面向全体员工发放股票奖励。此前，美图曾分别于2021年和2023年向全体员工发放美图公司股票。与前两次不同的是，本次全员发放股票之际，美图股价已经从前几年的低于1港元涨至8港元以上。

　　此外，美图还在年会上设置了总价值20万元的全球旅行基金奖励，并为每位中奖员工提供1天额外的带薪休假。
