Sterling Group (HKG:1825) said it completed a HK$6.8 million share offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
The firm sold over 69.1 million shares at HK$0.10 apiece to raise funds for general working capital.
The shares represent roughly 16.7% of the apparel manufacturer's enlarged issued share capital.
