供股获认购不足约1.57亿股供股股份，占根据供股提呈发售约3.1亿股供股股份总数约 50.51%。 东亚证券及百德能经纪(即包销协议项下的联席包销商)已根据章程所披露包销协议条款承购全部约1.57亿股未获承购供股股份。
供股所得款项总额约为9300万港元，净筹约8640万港元。
