Breville Group (ASX:BRG) received notice that First Sentier Group and its affiliated entities became a substantial holder of the company on Monday, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
First Sentier Group now owns 7.3 million shares in the company, representing 5.05% of the issued shares, the filing said.
