　　这场收购战将包括DC漫画、从《老友记》到《蝙蝠侠》的标志性特许经营权以及HBO Max流媒体服务在内的主要娱乐资产置于风口浪尖——这一组合可能会重塑好莱坞的权力格局。

　　据悉，欧盟进行平行审查的可能性很大，因为这两项提案的推进时间表相似，而且两家竞购者都已就其计划与欧盟兼并监管机构进行了初步讨论。

　　并行审查将使欧盟对华纳兄弟的未来增加影响力。监管机构可以通过迅速批准一个竞购者，同时让另一个竞购者接受更长时间的调查，或者要求竞购者做出让步，来塑造这场竞争，从而有可能让领先者脱颖而出。

　　奈飞周二修改了其827亿美元的收购要约，改为全现金收购，希望加快交易的完成，并为担心其之前股票加现金交易的投资者提供更大的财务确定性。

　　新的全现金出价为每股27.75美元，得到了华纳兄弟董事会的一致支持。

　　任何交易都可能面临包括美国司法部、欧盟和英国在内的大量反垄断审查。
