智通财经APP讯，越秀交通基建(01052)发布公告，于2026年1月23日，公司(作为借款人)与一间银行(贷款人)订立一份融资协议，据此，贷款人将提供人民币4.5亿元的循环贷款融资，贷款期由融资协议日期起计364日，但须受融资协议的条款及条件所规限。
融资协议规定，倘公司的控股股东越秀企业(集团)有限公司不再保持作为公司单一最大实益股东的地位，或于公司已发行的具投票权股本中持有不少于30%的直接或间接权益，或对公司行使管理控制权，即构成违约事件。若发生有关违约事件，则贷款人可宣布融资协议项下所有债项将立即到期应付。截至本公告日期，越秀企业实益拥有公司已发行股份合共约44.2%。
