2026年1月23日，赛力斯与中国电信在北京正式签署战略合作协议。在重庆市沙坪坝区委副书记、区长王银川等领导的见证下，赛力斯汽车总裁何利扬、中国电信总经理刘桂清共同为双方联合打造的“创新产业融合中心”揭牌，标志着两大企业合作迈入新阶段。

　　2025年，双方已率先达成关键合作突破，成功实现问界M9车型卫星通信功能上车。这一行业领先成果，为问界用户提供了无处不在的安全连接，筑牢智能出行安全底线。目前，双方正加速推进卫星功能在问界全系列车型的普及落地。

　　本次协议的签署，意味着双方合作从单一技术维度的协同，正式升级为全方位、深层次、长效化的战略伙伴关系，为智能网联汽车产业高质量发展注入新动能。

　　未来，双方将深度释放合作效能，聚焦智能网联汽车领域新质生产力培育，以共建的产业融合创新中心为载体，在智能云网赋能、5G/6G车联网升级等前沿领域开展攻坚合作。
