据媒体报道，在供应端频繁、激进的逐月拉涨资源价格推动下，去年四季度至至今，512Gb/1Tb TLC NAND及1Tb QLC价格累计涨幅已高达两到三倍。去年四季度以来，面对NAND资源价格持续攀升，前期下游存储厂商尚可依赖原有低价库存缓冲成本压力，但经历连续数月资源价格大涨，加上未来一段时间内难以预估的涨势，存储更加注重成本管控，持续关注新采购的资源价格，并将该成本反映至相应的成品中。
