BlockBeats 消息，1 月 23 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，Binance 已向希腊监管机构海伦尼克资本市场委员会（HCMC）提交了欧盟《加密资产市场监管条例》（MiCA）下的授权申请。
此前法国金融市场管理局（AMF）曾于 1 月 13 日发出警告，称包括 Binance 在内的 90 家已注册加密公司尚未获得 MiCA 牌照，法国 MiCA 过渡期将于 6 月 30 日结束，未获合规授权的企业须在 7 月停止运营。根据欧洲证券及市场管理局（ESMA）数据，希腊目前尚未颁发任何 MiCA 牌照，而德国和荷兰分别已发放 43 个和 22 个牌照。
