1月21日，耐克大中华区最高负责人董炜(Angela Dong)将卸任。耐克在一份声明中表示，董炜将于3月31日离职。她的职位将由此前领导亚太及拉丁美洲业务的凯茜·斯帕克斯(Cathy Sparks)接替。耐克同时宣布了欧洲、中东及非洲分部的领导层变动。
这家运动服装公司正寻求扭转其在大中华区销售下滑的局面。此番领导层变动意味着耐克正为大中华区寻求新的战略。首席执行官埃利奥特·希尔(Elliott Hill)自上任以来已重振耐克的部分增长势头，但中国地区仍是一个关键挑战。他去年12月曾表示，大中华区是公司“优先事项清单上的首位”，并强调公司需要加快行动步伐。
耐克去年12月公布的财报显示，2026财年第二季度销售额同比增长1%至124.3亿美元，净利润同比下降32%至7.92亿美元。对耐克来说，大中华区带来的挑战依然显著，当季大中华区营收同比下降17%至17亿美元，息税前利润更是大幅缩水49%。
耐克股价在纽约盘后交易中下跌不到1%。该股去年下跌了16%，已是连续第四年下跌。
